Default One more luggage tag question?

We are having out packet sent to the house for our cruise.

When it arrives, are our names on each of the luggage tags or do we have to fill in all of the information?

We booked so that more of us can get the Past Cruiser's discount, so we are in different cabins than our SO.

Thanks

Darlene

That is the information, but not what I wanted to hear.

We wanted to fill everything out ourselves, because of the luggage going to the cabins.

Like I said, we booked differently for the discount, now we will have to "track down" our luggage that will go to those other cabins.

You can keep labels as is and when bag is delivered, just roll it over to the other cabin.

Yes, we can do that.

We can also trade luggage tags at the hotel.

We are going the day before and staying over night.

sounds like you have it figured out...if that is the only hassle you have to deal with the entire week then you are in for a great time.. enjoy!

Oh, my let's hope that is the only hassle we have,as small as it is.

If everything else goes smooth, then all will be just great.

Thanks again

Darlene,
Have the porters swap out your luggage tags when you check them at the pier. Show them your ticket with the correct cabin number and you're ggod to go.

We won't have our correct cabin numbers until we check in with the Purser.

We know who we are, but our tickets will have the other information on them until we do this on the ship.

There 18 of us who have booked this way.

I think it would be easier for us to do this at the Hotel on Saturday.

Thanks anyway Marty

Usually, the porters have the updated cabin assignments. At least their foreman should. Part of their job is to avoid luggage needing re-direction on board. I've done this before, so keep it in mind as a way to double check what you do to re-label in the hotel. You may not know the cabin, but they should!
Cheers,
Marty

Marty:
No problem.

It sounds sorta kinky to be swapping cabins.

Ha ha ha.

We have never done this before, so this will be new to us. Our VP told us that it happens all the time without any problems.

I was just hoping we could fill ou the tags ourselves.
