Default adults only topless deck STILL there

Just got off of Destiny and the topless deck is still a part of the fun ships.
I went to St Lucia and saw the Pitons !

I think it is just something that some people like to do. You know, "No tan lines". Everytime I went up there....to look.. All I saw were men, so don't get to excited

I was wondering if Carnival was going to stop this on their ships and now I know.

Thanks Thoth for letting me know. I will pass this information on to my group.

And if men were up there and women weren't...what does that tell you?

That tells me that men will be men

I have not problem if anyone, men or women want to sit in the sun topless.

All I know is that no one wants to see me like that
Ha ha ha ha Big time

AWWWW gravity...

I can remember thinking "topless" NO WAY! But then I found when I wanted to lay out and the chairs where all taken with kids running rampent, the topless deck was nice and calm with lots of chairs. You don't have to go topless

Thanks Thoth!
I enjoy using the topless area of the ship. It is relaxing to get away from the crowd on the ship. Yes there are a few "lookers". So what! Enjoy the view.

Why such negativity, the Pitons off the island of St. Lucia are breathtaking?

The topless decks were basically Carnival's first attempt at what is now the Serenity Deck on the newly renovated vessels. If you don't like it, then go sit at the crowded main lido pool and sometimes the shirtless men on that deck make you wish you'd gone up top!

Oh Johnathan...so true so true
I have seen some very scary sights on the Lido. Don't some of these men and women have a friend who could tell them how bad they look

Now...I have also seen some really good looking ones in those Speedos...Love those Speedos

OK Darlene, now you've gone and done it, you've started the speedo thing again. In the words of Clint Eastwood I will say this, "A man has got to know his limitations". I say there are definitely too many men and women out there who do not know their limitations!

So sorry about the Speedos...That was just in case there were any new cruisers reading this thread. I didn't want them to think that there aren't the beautiful ones out there also.

Yes, Clint knows how to say it

There should be mirrors out there on the Lodo deck...Maybe then some will run back to their cabins and put on a bathing suit that is just right for them....and not the ones intended for the younger group... Unless of course, you look good in it...then by all means wear it
What I am trying to say is...it's not the age, it's the shape.

Darlene

Yep I did go up there just for the area views.
As for the controversy..."much ado about nothing" as Mr Shakespeare might say.
There was one woman up there who appeared naked, BUT she was guarded by a male companion who looked like a pit bulldog....so obviously I didn't get very close.
Last year on the Valor there was an overweight old man up there with NOTHING on.....and I vowed to never go on this deck again. I broke my vow

DANG!! Think I better stay away from that area. I might get frightened by what I may end up looking like when I am old or my eye burnt out of my head. !

I love humor...keep it up. It is only 7:30 in the morning here and I have just laughed so hard I choked on my coffee.

Keep up posting the humor.

It sure is better to start the day laughing than to keep hearing about all the sad things going on.

That is for sure! If you can't find one thing to laugh at or joke about in a single day you are NOT having fun with life.

Here's a saying for everyone to live by:
Like waves on the shore, let yesterday's troubles be washed away.

Just like that line from Kevin Cosner saying 'If you build it they will come'...........that would probably be our men.

I am of the opinion that speedos are not a good sight and small bikinis aren't either.

It is next to impossible to go on a Carnival cruise and be TOO serious ! The cruise directer won't allow such a thing. 8) If one's a sour apple don't waste the money.
