Default BACK FROM THE IMAGINATION...

& IM SO SAD ITS OVA ....I had a great time the ship and its new theme is GREAT. It was my first cruise so I dont have much to compare it to, but it still was great. THANKS TO EVERYONE on this board who helped me with making it a great one, for me and my boyfriend. I enjoyed the chocolate melting cake, I had seconds lol..and the lobster on formal night, was to die for. My pictures will definitely be up soon. ANY questions, ask away!!!!!

Welcome back! Glad to hear you enjoyed it. I'll be on the Fascination later this year and really looking forward to seeing some of the upgrades. So are you ready to book your next one? It helps to ease the pain.

I too am very glad to see that you had a GREAT time aboard Fascination. I personally really like the smaller, older ships, but the bigger, newer liners have a lot to enjoy as well. We recently sailed "Inspiration", and she had just gone through dry dock, and upgrades, and she was Wonderful!
Welcome home.

"SKY"

P.S. Time to book another!!!!!

Glad to hear you had such a great time . We are scheduled to leave on the Imagination in a few weeks. I am getting excited. Sailed on her 2 years ago before the renovation and she really needed a fact lift. Looking forward to seeing the changes.

What ports did you stop in? We are going to Nassau, Grand Turk and Half Moon Cay. Would love to hear what you did in ports and if you went on any excursions.

Default Thanks for the great news...

We sail on her in 1 week 5/5-5/10. Going to Grand Turk, Half Moon Cay and Nassau. Interested in where you stopped. If same ports, have any tips for us?

This is our 2nd cruise with the kids and we went on Disney last time...You thought the parks were customer friendly, well the parks have nothing on the cruise ships...lol I hope we are just as impressed with Carnival.

Had a great view of the Imagination from the Glory when we were docked in Nassau last week. I could see the whole top deck of the ship with all the water slides and things from our Lido deck. It looked awesome. Made me wish I could change ships for a day...

i actually did the same ports. Nassau, Grand Turk, And Half Moon Cay. Grand turk is the best. Jimmy Buffet is the best beautiful pool, and beach. In Nassau I reccommend going to cabbage beach its FREE, and next to the atlantis.

Grand Turk - Margaritaville is gorgeous and right off the pier... you'll love it. My next stop there will be spent around the gorgeous pool they have. If you like snorkeling, take the three reef.... we even got to play with the sting rays besides snorkeling....

Half Moon Cay.... a wonderful beach day and the kid stuff is closest to the jetty... I wish you blue skies while you're there for sure.... clearest water I've ever seen

Nassau... unfortunately we had mechanical issues so we missed this stop but got a bonus day at sea....

Days at sea... my favorite!!

For the kids....don't hesitate to try out Camp Carnival... check out capers for orientation!!!

Have a wonderful time. You sail on the 5th, my girlfriends and me sail on Liberty on the 4th.....my fifth cruise since Imagination (pre renovation) in May 2006!! I love the smaller ships....

We did a B2B on the Imagination. There were small kids in the waterworks area and they were having a blast!

We went to Grand Turk, Half Moon Cay & Nassau on the 1st cruise and Grand Caymen and Ocho Rios on the 2nd cruise.

There's a really nice beach right there when you get off the ship and right around the corner is Jimmy Buffet's Margueritaville, with it's huge, goreous pool and plenty of lounge chairs. No one ever bothered us to buy drinks while we were there.

Half moon cay is awesome....beautiful beach, plenty of chairs, good bar-b-q lunch, kid's play area, etc

In Nassau we just went to Atlantis to see the aquarium (you can see quite a bit without paying) and spent a little time in the casino

Jorge was the cruise director and he was so funny! Xcentrique is the lido deck pool band and was one of the best we've heard

Feel free to ask any questions....
