I was considering this excursion as well as The Best of Tortola (Cane Bay) or Long Bay Beach & Lunch.

No. We only went to Cane Garden Bay. Wanted to go to the Baths, but decided to postpone that till the following year, which never happened.

So I'm still a Virgin Gorda.

never went to lambert beach, Cane bay is very nice.
WE just did the Best of Tortola and cane bay.
Next time we are passing up the best of tortola and going
straight to cane bay. The beach there is really nice and
you can get food and drinks there.
I myself thought it was a much nicer beach that Megan's bay.
WE did the tour and only had like a hour or so to lay on the
beach and swim at cane bay. The trip was nice but would have
liked more beach time.
Bath is also a wonderful way to spend the day. To me it was
worth what we paid for the day at Bath.
If you pick the lambert beach day let us know when you get
back how that was.

We went to Stingray city in Grand Caymens. Tortola is so pretty though.

We didn't have too much time to go to a beach after that...and miss shopping no way....

I looked everywhere for Captain Jack Sparrow...no where to be found

Never went to Lambert but Cane Garden Bay is really nice I was there in September. Tortola is still very un touristy which makes it nice. there were no big chain stores or hwakers on the pier and the small shopping area by Cane Garden is very laid back. You do not need a tour. You can take a taxi for about $12pp (Might be higher now because of gas). Only downside was Carnival only stops for 5 hours or so.

Oh and had a heck of time cleaning the sand out of my beach bag lol
