stir in the eggs and yolks and whisk until smooth
stir in the vannilla and water, whisk until smooth
grease the custard cups, and place them on a baking sheet

whoops missed a step - don't forget to put the batter into the cups,
I only filled them about 1/2 full, so there would be room for icecream on top

Default recipe copy from carnival

Okay, I asked for the recipe, they gave me a copy! The portion is for 1000!! You will have to figure the relationship of the ingredients.

70 lb. semi sweet chocolate
70 lb. butter
700 fresh eggs
18 lb. sugar
25 lb. flour

Melt chocolate and butter
Mix half egg and sugar and whisk for few minutes and add flour, then add the balance egg.
Add egg miture to the melted chocolate mixture.
Pour the mixture in the ramekin cups
Bake directly in the oven at 200 C for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve with vanilla ice cream in 2 oz. ramekin cups.

This makes sense pasty chefs to everything by weight not measuring cup. Here is an article about how to scale down a recipe. I got a conversion factor of .01 to go from a serving size of 1000 to 10. http://www.farmerjohn.com/Recipes/Ar...3-58f2c97a3dcb

I found this one on a Carnival site at www.seauonboard.com/
This site has a wealth of information about cruising. Go to the site and look at The section on dining to find the link to this recipe.

Chocolate Melting Cake
1 3/4 cups chocolate chips - semi sweet
1 3/4 cups butter
9 large eggs
1/2 + 1/16 cup sugar
2/3 cup flour

Melt chocolate chips and butter in double boiler. Mix half the eggs and sugar in large bowl. Wisk well, then add flour. Mix well, then add remaining eggs. Pour chocolate mixture into egg mixture and stir well.

Pour into ramekins and bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Set them on a cookie sheet. Don't cook any longer than 10 minutes, even if it still doesn't look quite done. White ramekins cook it correctly. They ten to get over done when using the clear dishes.

Serve with Natural Vanilla Ice Cream.

Serves 12

I checked and it said you are Going on a Carnival Freedom Panama Canal Cruise. The Carnival Freedom isn't doing any panama canal cruises. I checked on the carnival website and you are going on a western caribbean cruise.
