West Caribbean Beaches Carnival Miracle

We are going on the Carnival Miracle in November 2008. We like to go to the beach and relax while cruising. Where are the best beaches in Colon, Panama, Limon, Costa Rica and Belize? Any help would be really appreciated. Can't wait!!!!!
