Halloween Cruising???

We just booked the Carnival Fantasy for halloween =] I was just wondering what all should we expect as far as activity changes to go with the holiday. Also the cabin the we booked is on the Riveria deck and my parents are beginning to question their decision on taking those rooms. Has anyone experienced cabins on the forward of this deck? What should we expect? Thanks everything is highly appreciated.

I've been on two Carnival cruises over Halloween. They were quite fun. They will decorate the ship and there will be a costume contest. There were a lot of pax in costume in addition to the cruise staff. The most unique thing was the deserts at dinner as there were halloween themed selections.

I wouldn't worry about the cabins.
