Default Quick Balcony Question

Never had a balcony stateroom before and have just upgraded to one in August on Liberty.

Quick question.... is there a way to sit out there and eat a meal? I never noticed before what others were doing.... please help a newbie. The thought of eating breakfast out there is just ideal!

Thank You!

You will be able to delight in a meal on the balcony, not to worry.

I love balconies!!!!!! It's a good place to eat b reakfast....>Hmm....good idea. I have a balcony cabin on the Lido deck, so I can get a tray and eat a realxing breakfast on my balcony if all the tables are gone......

Does that mean that each balcony has a small table with chairs or do we move something out from the cabin? I feel silly asking, but I really have no idea. For someone who has cruised before in oceanview cabins, I'm surprised I never noticed what the balconies were like.

Thanks!

When you walk out on your balcony, there are two chairs and a small table. There is not a lot of room for much else, but there is enough for two people to sit and enjoy a meal. We just sat and drank coffee, or whatever.

OK, great! I can't wait. We do have an aft extended balcony. I hope it is a nice balcony with view of the wake. I think we will have a little more room (60 sq ft) so I'm hoping for the best! 8)

Thank you very much!!

My wife wants and extended balcony on our next trip. It looks like a lot more room.

It should be noted that the tables are tiny "end table" size. You can't actually "sit at the table" to dine. It's basically large enough to handle a tray.

You can certainly enjoy breakfast on the balcony, but the eating will be with the plate in your lap

It is nice to sit out there and watch the world go by.

Problem is with balcony cabins, you will never want to go back to inside or ocean view. DW and I have room service every morning bring coffee, fruit and bagels. We enjoy them on the balcony. Great way to get going in a.m.
