Default WHAT ARE THE TOP THREE SHIPS FOR DINING

My wife loves to try new foods whenever she can. She loves watching the food chanels on cable, and will pretty much eat anything on a plate, without asking what it is first. What are the best of the dining areas to try new foods on any of the ships or destinations out there??

Destination would be Europe or Asia for trying new foods. For ships I like the Freedom they had different dining choices for lunch (Mongolia BBQ and fish and chips) for dinner the dining room has a lot of new things plus the sushi bar.

I know this is the Carnival thread, but I like Princess Cruise Line's food. They also have cooking demonstrations.

we found the conquest really good, and they had sushi and a fish/chip/oyster bar, etc. The Lido deck was so much better than the Ecstasy. The ecstasys food was horrible compared to Conquest. Its all about the chef.
