Default San Diego PreCruise Hotel 10-27-08 Sailing

Just thought I would share the deal I found for the night before the cruise:
Best Western Seven Seas - San Diego
$130 one night and that includes up to 14 days of parking. For us on our 10-27-08 sailing that works out to the room being $40 or less since parking at the pier can be anywhere from $10-$15 a day.
Best Western has a special area for cruise parking which might even be covered? (I can't remember what she said)
They are booking up fast so if interested hurry up and call. I know other hotels in the area offer a stay and park deal but most were booked up already.

Any deal is better than driving 2 hours to San Diego in Monday morning traffic!

I looked it up and that is the room rate without parking. Thanks though. Maybe we will see you on the shuttle over to the ship. It will be nice sleeping in and then strolling over to the ship at noon. :-)

Oh you will see us for sure! We have a group that is growing by the day...I think there are several from our cruise staying at BW. I don't know if you are interested but there is a very big roll call thread on cruisecritic for this trip. Lot's of great people, we are putting together a meet and greet on the ship! Come on over and check it out!

Have a great day!

Cruisemom, who can sleep in on cruise day?? DH is up at the crack of dawn or even earlier he is so excited.

We stayed at the BW Bayside on Ash Street. They offer parking and have shuttle service also. They even let our friends park their car there and they drove up cruise day. They also include breakfast in their rate. We had a 9th floor balcony room and we watched our ship come into port that morning. No sleeping in for us.

Sleeping in is just a dream that I have. My son is 4 1/2 so I have not slept-in in over 4 years! All I have is my dream!!!!!

This will be his 3rd cruise and I know that we will be up early that morning!

I can't wait.......I really want 8 days off from work!

My favorite San Diego hotel is Bahia resort hotel. The hotel is right on the beach and they have their own habor seals. Wehn were where there they only had one it was blind for the hotel recused it. They have lots of discount packages that include zoo and seaworld tickets.
