Default What are the Platinum Card benefits (10 or more)?

I was wondering if Carnival had added any new benefits to those with 10 or more cruises (Platinum). I would also like to see all the old ones (benefits), if any one still has a copy of them! Thanks!

the only two things worth a hoot are the embarking/disembarking and the laundry service.. in my opinion they can keep the rest...

If you have a tender port the priorty tendering is great. You go to the pursers desk and they escort you to the front of the line.

VIP Boarding: Sometimes good, but not always. Before our last cruise in April we could go through VIP or regular and chose the less congested area. In April in NOLA we were stuck with "VIP" and finished paperwork after the other 12 people in our group who went through regular check in.

Debarkation: Much better with VIP

Slot Tourney - great and costs nothing but a little time and chance to win $500

Gifts - enjoyed them all!

Anyone know what the most recent gift is? In April it was 2 Stainless Steel Carnival thermos bottles with tote bags. Has this changed?

Still the Thermos bottles. We have given all but 5 away now....but will be getting another 12 by the end of the year.

VIP Check In's best benefit are if you have arrived after several buses from the airport. OR if you have an embarkation like we did in Mobile where the Holiday was delayed 5 hours because of fog. That meant EVERYONE was there and trying to get on at the same time.

Once we got through Security...it was 10 minutes until we got onboard!!
Loved it!!

When we got our two thermos bottles in April I was a little disappointed because I was hoping for another tote bag (which I love and use all the time). However, we have found that we use the bottles all the time in the car for coffee and cold drinks. I drink a lot of green tea and fuze and just fill the bottles with ice and fuze or tea and off we go. On the ship they came in handy for going ashore and I also filled them with with the fruit punch at breakfast to carry around the ship with us.

I liked the priority check in, there wasn't a line and it was super fast.

Debarkation would have been better, they told us to go to the library and we would be escorted off, but the customs person didn't show up. So the carnival rep came and said the customs person didn't come, so to wait for regular debarkation.

Other people showed up after that, and were waiting around as well. I stood by the atrium and watched for people leaving, when I saw someone get off, I went down and got in line. They never announced that they were doing those groups, so it was annoying. And that they didn't keep someone up by there to direct the priority passengers.

I got one thermos and a plate of petit fours. I also liked the stationary. It was silver.
