Default Glory Vs Triumph Vs Splendor

Cruising in Jan 09 and trying to decide which ship to take. all have the itinerary I am looking for and obviously the newer the ship the more expensive.

I have been on the Valor last year which is similar to the Glory. Splendor looks the best (and also the most expensive)

Any Thoughts on the actual ships ??

Glory is a great ship and except for decor it is the same as Valor. Triumph is reported to be showing signs of needing a refit but that won't stop you from having a great time. Spend the bucks and go with the Splendor before it goes to the West Coast. 8)

IMO the Glory has the best food. (I think so anyway,,,just seems to be seasoned more to my liking) As you noted, it's very much like "Valor". I think Port Canaveral is a little bit easier for embarkation/debarkation than Ft. Lauderdale, or Miami. As noted above, you might want to try Splendor before it heads West, but if the price is much higher, I'd do Glory, or if you're open as far as others from Florida go, think about Legend sailing out of Tampa. It's a bit smaller, but a GREAT ship, and a super port to sail out of.....
