the aft pool? For all my 20 plus cruises, I have always sat by the main pool..no question, that was just where we went. We wanted to be where the action is.... but, on the Conquest, when I hosted the cruise last summer, we had our first get together there, and I fell in love, with the aft pool area.

If the ship you are on has this secret jewel, check it out, and you may fall in love too. Everthing we needed was, right there for us in a calming quiet area. Snooze, read , take a dip, or just look at the ships wake...I bet it gets you too!

So, are you a main pool devotee, or an aft pool newbie like me?
What are your experiences at the pool..good bad or are you NOT a pool lover at all?

I have always knew about the aft pool. On most ships I have been on, the aft pool has been for adults only.

I have always loved the aft pools. When we cruise with our friends we head there because it is easier to find multiple chairs with out having to be there at the crack of dawn. I also like the aft pool because there seems to be less children there.

i like the aft pools due to deck space availability, but prefer the main pool for entertainment and music availability. i do like the less children factor at the aft pool

Me and the lovely Mrs. Jones (Vita) always hang by the aft pool. It's less crowded, fewer kids, easier to get a good lounger, and for me, best of all the 24X7 Ice Cream is right there! Also, I prefer the absence of the "Island Band" playing so loud that I can't hear my IPOD! Yes, I do run up to the Main Pool area to watch some of the games, and activities, but most of the time, you'll find me at the aft pool

I have always stayed away from the main pool because it's just too noisy. From my first cruise on, it's always been the aft pool for me.

We like the main pool area, over in the shade against the sides of the ship. We enjoy watching everyone and sitting there with a book or whatever. Aft pool is too quit to do much people watching, not as much going on.

love the aft pool. more room and you can always get in the pool. however, the last cruise, Miracle in Feb. was not crowded anywhere. even the main pool area wasn't too bad.

I've always been an aft guy. At least since ships got so large to have an aft pool.
