39 days to go and I called with my 45 day letter. We picked the drink coupons and wine as oour second choice. Maybe I'll think about what to pack soon.

Just a tip....take your 45 day letter WITH YOU on the cruise.

A couple of times, they have "forgotten" our goodies and I simply take the letter to the Purser's desk to have it processed. It takes a couple of hours because they have to verify it through Corporate.

I also always write down the date, time and name of who I talked with to order it.

I have never done the 45 day letter, but I think I will do it next time. It sounds like a great thing. I bet you are excited for your cruise only a little over a month to go. Have fun and tell us about it when you get back.

Congrats, that's wonderful!!
We got everything we paid for, and our 45 day letter drink coupons... but I did take every receipt and confirmation number with me just in case.

Yes we are on the same cruise. I have not gotten any response from my 45 day letter yet. Oh well.

How long ago did you send it in? It didn't seem like it took long to get mine back. You still have time, we will keep our fingers crossed.

Maybe we should meet for a drink onboard?

That is a very good tip. Yes, I have the 45 day letter with my passports and the day and time written on it of who I spoke to. Never hurts to have the back up you might need just in case.

It seems like it only took between 7-14 days for us to get a response to our 45 day letter. I'm feeling like it was on the shorter side.

We sent in our 45 day letter and have not heard anything yet. We leave the 21st on Valor. Any suggestions

I think I recall reading on some post that you could email and get the 45 day letter that way. Maybe you can search that and see what happens. Good luck and have a great cruise!!

Was there a special form we had to fill out? I mailed mine in at 70 days to the address Katlady had posted about the 45 day letter. I just mailed in a letter on hot pink paper!!!! They couldn't miss mine!
