Cozumel - Has anyone been to Nachi-Cocom?

We are planning to go to Nachi-Cocom beach club while in Cozumel. I have heard wonderful things about it. It is supposed to be low key and less commercialized than many of the others.

Has anyone been there? Can you pay entrance and just for what you eat and drink or do you have to do the all-inclusive route?

While I have never been there ... I do know their all inclusive is $49.00 per person. This includes all the alcohol you can consume plus ONE 3 course meal...and of course the lounge chairs.

This does not include snorkeling (which is extra).

When though I have not been there, I recommend NC for adults who want as few children as possible. (although it is not Adult Only)

You book it through Island Marketing.

The taxi will run you an additional $15.00 each way for up to four people.

My husband and I were on the Carnival Legend 8/24. On our stop in Cozumel we did Nachi Cocum. It was FANTASTIC!! It was $49.00 per person, this was all-inclusive. All the alcohol, soda, water, juice, etc, it also included our lunch which was delicious. We had the chicken fajitas, fresh guacamole (the BEST we have ever had), the best pico de gallo and salsa with freshmade tortilla chips! It was a wonderful day. Our server for the day was Carlos, and he was wonderful. He brought us refills of our drinks into the ocean. He would notice that our glasses were empty, and here he came with fresh ones in hand!! The pina coladas and magaritas were great, as well as my Miami Vice!! We took a taxi from the pier which cost us $15.00 each way (it was just the 2 of us). It was about a 15 minute ride thru Cozumel, which is beautiful! Nachi Cocum also has a fresh water pool and hot tub, showers and CLEAN restroom!! They only allow 100 people per day, but on the day we were there, they was maybe 30 people tops!! We cannot wait to return!
