A heads up to anyone booked on the December 5 sailing of the Dream. Carnival just sent me a email notice that they cancelled that sailing and instead are doing 9 day eastern on the 3rd of December. They are offering a $50.00 onboard credit for those who rebook a cruise.
What a shame, I am sorry for those that booked that week. My group is booked for the 12th. Thank goodness.
“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.“
wonder, is it the same length cruise, just different starting date? If it isnt the same length and they just felt like doing a 9 dayer, i wonder why? This would way irk me more than the hurricane stuff, especially since i have to ask off 6 months in advance for time off. I would think they would still honor those tickets at the price purchased, as i'm sure a 9 dayer would cost lots more, plus so many just cant afford to take so much time off from work, esp around xmas time.
just my two cents, no need to tell me carnival can do as they please, its in the fine print....cuz i already know that
Yeah, I suppose this far out any sailing could change. I have never booked this far in advance before. Im not too mad. I will go on the Dream once the hype is over.
The 9 day itin is nice. But we rebooked the Miracle southern cruise for Dec 6th.
We switched from Conquest Next week to the Dream cause we are moving into our new house and it was too much all at once. So many changes
