I finally made it last week, and surprise, surprise... It was just... like... the real thing!!! YAY!!! I made it for my cousins who were visiting from Montana. (They had been on a cruise with us & LOVED them) We all agreed it was a keeper!!! EASY, too!

Anyone have the recipe for Bitter and Blanc??? This is the most scrumptious, awesome dessert offered on Carnival cruise lines.

We just got back from the Conquest yesterday. We also did the Mexican Cuisine excursion. I highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed. It was lots of fun and we actually learned some things! The margaritas were delicioso!
