Are all Ocean View rooms are outside cabins even if it's a guarantee rooms?

Yes, "ocean view guarantee" is an outside cabin with a window.

There is 5A guarantee which is also considered "ocean view", the only difference is it has one or two port holes instead of standard window.

If I were you I would try to get a window becuase you can see more with a window then you can see with a port hole. Unless you like the port holes.
