Anyone know how to shrink a picture for an avitar all the way down to 31KB from 2.5 MB

Bob, it seems there are more tattoos everywhere. Just on a ship you see more of them uncovered. But there is one thing I can say with certainty, I will NEVER have a tattoo. No offense to those that do. I just like to be different.

We can't wait to see the rest of the pics thanks for sharing.... loved the one making a face in the one pulling up the window curtain lolo made me burst out laughing this morning....great pics...enjoyed viewing them.
