I think this is perhaps the cheapest cruise I've ever seen. It's actually for our CruiseMates group on the NCL Jewel, NY to Miami sailing Oct. 28 for 12 NIGHTS!!! These prices just showed up today.

12 NIGHTS for $399 + tax, fees and fuel surcharge for an inside cabin!! WOW!!

If you want a last minute 12 night cruise at a BARGAIN rate call Nancy now (before these prices disappear) - I haven't talked to her since I saw this rate, but who knows, she may even be able to discount a bit of that price.

GREAT price, however me and Mrs. Jones (Vita) once got a 7 day cruise for $99. (Once in a lifetime deal, I'm sure)
Sure like to join y'all, and especially at that price, but all the vacation days are already taken, so maybe next time. (We'll be aboard "Miracle" that week anyway)

WOW!!! That is a very good price. NCL seems to have a lot of really last minute deals.

Iv been on a couple in the late 80s, just pay port charges. $0. Hard to beat.

They didnt add taxes on back then or fuel surcharges. $37 to $49 as I remember pp.

The fancy 7 course dinner was usually $10, but free if it was within a week of your birthday.

Right now, NCL has the 7 day cruise out of Los Angeles for 299.00 and this price is good for many different dates now through November. With all the taxes and fuel surcharge, total cost is:

$879.56 for 2 people or $440.00 per person. Pretty cheap for transportation to Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan, Cabo San Lucas, a hotel room for 7 nights, all food and entertainment.

This comes out to $63.00 per day - add the tips and it comes out to $73.00 per day.

You can't even fly to one city for the cost of the whole week on this ship!!!!

I got the same message at a few different times today.

I drove through the Bayonne, NJ cruise terminal today as folks were boarding the Exploer of the Seas.
Boy, that is one crappy looking port terminal.

Anyone age 55 wanting to go on Ecstasy. There are some awesome deals on Ecstasy right now. At least 3 dates starting at $179, $199 for a 5A, many other dates, showing $199 for a 1A, $239 for a 5A, these are thru the end of Jan at least.

Use code PSE on the Carnival site. Havent seen prices like this in a long time.

Check out Jan 24th for instance, the prices are kinda strange, as the OVs are usually much more expensive than inside cabins, but not so on this date and some others. Its only $249 for a 6A cabin. $10 more than the 5A, but the inside cabins, many are much more than the OVs. Closer in dates, like Dec 8th are even cheaper.

Im thinking its the uncertainty after Ike and which port Ecstasy will go out of plus the economy.

NCL Sun (I believe in Nov 2008) St Francisco to S. America 19 days for $499 for an IS plus tax and fuel. I did a balcony on the NCL Sun Feb 7th, 2008 for $335pp total for 7 days.
