Default HOT Sauce

Every cruise, I collect hot sauces from different islands.
The hotter the better...

Does anyone have any recommendations for new ones for me to try?
We are going to Grand Cayman, Cozumel and Ocho Rios
in November.

thanks,

I don't have any suggestions on hot sauce, but those are great ports. What ship are you going on?

I do have a couple of hot sauces that we got from the Islands but none from the Islands you are visiting.

1. Susie's orginal hot sauce. Antigua, W.I.

2. Baron Banana Hot Sauce. St. Lucia. W. I.

Both are very hot (to me) burns me every time. I have addresses and phone numbers for both if you don't get to those Islands. If you want them send me a PM. I have some others around here and I will post them when I can.

Yea like trip said, ask the locals. I am sure they know of some great hot sauces and they should tell you about them.

In Grand Cayman there is a fairly new large liquor store at the new tender location (north of the center one). They had a big selection of hot sauces.

Carnival Triumph....just came out of drydock and has the big screen Seaside theatre. We are looking forward to it!
This is also our first cruise that we will be able to mini-golf.

I have been on the Triumph before, this same exact itinerary actually. But we are taking 4 first time cruisers with us this time.

Still feels like my first cruise...I'm still excited to pack up and GO.
We should be getting docs any day now.

Thanks Seadog2, Baron Banana hot sauce sounds very interesting. I am going to start looking for cruises that stop in St Lucia. Antigua and St Lucia works for me!!! So far the hottest sauce I have found is the Carribean hellfire XXX sauce, and I can't remember which island. I really need to start writing this stuff down somewhere.
