Some years ago I ordered flowers from a Miami florist to be delivered to a Carnival ship, Celebration. The flowers were never delivered. I called the florist to complain. They faxed me the delivery order that hey had signed by a Carnival employee as accepting delivery of the flowers. They were assured the flowers would be delivered to the guest. They never were. I was out the cost of the flowers. I followed up at Carnival everyone claimed to know nothing about it.
