Default Carnival Pride question

Silly question. I told my dad we were crusing on the Carnival Pride and he said he had been on that ship before and didn't like it. I questioned him and he finally said the boat looked funny and when I got on it I would see what he meant. Anyone else think so?

Youre right, silly question. I think you need more of an explanation from him. Carnival ships have unique designs and decor so if you want something genteel then pick another cruise line. I have been on the Pride 3 times and thought it was great. Maybe he doesnt like cruising in general..

I think it's just my dad. He does like crusing and takes one at least once a year with my mom and other relatives. There must have just been something about the look of it. Based on the date it was built, it couldn't look too funny.

The decor is a little weird. It is the Renesance (sorry for spelling) theme. So their is statues and pictures of nakid people.

Yes, the decor is a bit different than most of the Carnival ships. I cruised it a few years back on a Mex. Riv. cruise and really enjoyed it. The decor is just a little different than one would expect. Not bad, just different. Have a great cruise.
