Default Transportation on Voulunteer day

Does anyone know the basics as to how we get to the volunteer work site and then later to the dinner location? I assume we are on our own. Wasn't concerned about it b4, but now I'm flying into NOLA.

Stephanie put this on John's blog on October 4th.

In a few days we will have a sign up form for the volunteer work with Beacon of Hope Resource Center on Feb. 6, 2009. Once we have a better estimate of participants we can provide detailed information. But as of now it looks like we’ll be meeting in the hotel lobby around 7:30 am with the volunteer project ending before 3 pm.

More details about the blogger’s cruise are on the way and we hope to see you in Feb.!

So, sounds like they may provide transportation from that hotel for the work day, but not sure about dinner -- probably on our own?
