We are considering a cruise on Holiday before she sails out of service. All decks are below the public areas. How much noise do you pick up on the Empress Deck? I would think if you went Empress you'd want be be aft of the clubs?
Any thoughts from former Holiday/Celebration cruisers?
All I ask is a tall ship and a star to steer her by; John Masefield
Carnival: Glory 2004, Destiny 2008, Splendor 2009, Freedom 2011, Valor 2012, Dream 2013
Celebrity: Summit 2011

Star Clippers: Royal Clipper 2015
Our first cruise was on the Holiday when it was still sailing from N.O. and we have sailed her several times since then. We always try to stay on the Empress deck, but stay midship (around E97). Hate to see her go, but ready for one that is a little bigger and nicer (the Fantasy). We have also been on the Fantasy a few times as well and it is a nice ship too, but it would be great if we ever got a Conquest class back in our area. There just seems to be so much more to do on that size ship.
