Default Probably gonna be chilly going down the Mississippi

I'm bringing a jacket! This will ensure an 80 degree temp for everyone!

Mel, great subject. I have been looking at the Sunday paper that lists weather all over the country. New Orleans has been in the mid 60,s when I have checked. As we get closer to February please publish the projected weather for New Orleans. I plan to bring a coat, beyond that not sure. Thanks, Mike

I recall the only other time we were on a cruise that stopped in New Orleans.... it was in the winter months, and we got cold temps and pouring rain.

But even Feb. in NOLA can't be any colder than our cruise this past Oct. when we sailed out of NYC. Liberty's knees were knocking, and her arms had goose bumps.

For Caribbean cruises, I normally leave my winter coat in the car when we're dropped at the airport. Guess this time we'll haul it along.... which like Mel should insure beautiful weather.

I got this off weather.com for Jan 31st, and it pretty much tells the tale. The weather here can be freezing one day and HOT the next. I will be watching the forecast and post an update when we get 10 days out.
