Cruising Mar 29th any suggestions??

We will be on the Conquest headed for Key West, Freeport and Nassau.
We have never been to the Bahamas so what should we expect..
Any suggestions??

In Nassau I loved the pirate museum and the two forts, Fort Charlotte & Fort Fincastle.

I have never done that itinerary, but I plan to. Sorry I couldn't help. Make sure you tell me about the ports so I can make my decision if I want to take this cruise.

Well I guess that depends on what interests you. There is plenty to see and do in the Bahamas. Tons of wonderful beaches to chill on. If you snorkle there are some prime locations. The two forts previously mentioned are also interesting if you want to take in a little history. Check out the shore excursions offered and go from there. Carnival's list is fairly extensive. Atlantis is pretty cool to look at but they charge for their beach. Walk about a half a block past the resort and go to Cabbage Beach. It's beautiful and free.

Have you ever been to Key West? It's one of my favorite ports. Not much in the way of beaches but they have several museums to choose from. Also some world famous bars there.

You could check out Blackbeards Cay for snorkeling. Found them through shoretrips.com Bob
