We have always treated dinner in the supper club as a nice night, not a tuxedo but jacket & tie for men, nice dress for women.

It is a step above and should be treated as such.

While we treated it as a special night and my husband wore a suit and tie I can't imagine that a nice shirt and pants wouldn't do.
Or wear a jacket over a polo shirt and good pants. Women almost always are dressier than men at dinner.
But I wouldn't wear jeans or shorts. It is a nice dinner place afterall. Otherwise just go to the dining room or the buffet.
We have eaten in that dining room and it is nice. We went to the restaurant to look it over, make reservations and decide where we wanted to sit. We had a lovely time. It isn't cheap but much cheaper than if you went to an expensive restaurant on land. But you're on the ocean and it's very nice. Buying a nice bottle of wine added to our price.
Have a wonderful time.
