Can you experienced cruisers please give your thoughts on the very rear aft cabins with balcony. Is there much more movement as far as up and down or side to side swaying than compared to a middle of the ship cabin? We have a chance to book an aft cabin for a western Caribbean cruise in September but our only other cruise cabin was almost in the middle of the ship and the movement was very minimal. What about the air quality? Are there exhaust fumes pulled in behind the boat or stagnant air?
You can't go wrong with an aft balcony. The view is awesome. There's nothing like sitting on the balcony and watching the wake. Aft wrap is even better, the balcony is huge. We had a aft wrap on the Destiny and movement wasn't that noticeable. Before we'd always had a cabin in the middle of the ship....not anymore. Got a aft wrap booked for Victory cruise....can't wait.
We were on a 30 day Grand Princess crusie in one of the aft cabins. The balcony was an odd shape however larger than the normal balcony. We loved our room and never once did we regret that purchase. We got to know our cabin passengers in the next cabin and they shared our views 100%.
