Look below for my next cruise.

Dear23 - I do agree on paying it off slowly.

I have come to enjoy our annual incentive bonuses. I use the money from this to pay for the whole trip.

I am booked Sept on the Carnival Glory, looking forward to cruising from Port Canaveral (never been there) and trying to see Belize again as well as Costa Maya, been to Cozumel but went inland to Talum so this time I will stay on the island, Nassau will be my 3rd time. I think I will try to see something on the Paradise Island side never been over there, any suggestions?

I'm all about the western ports which is funny cause when I started to cruise I thought I'd prefer Eastern. Eastern ports are pretty but not as much shore excursion options. I adore Mexico; so much to see and do, ditto for Central America (Costa Rica, Panama) very interesting if not as pretty, and Belize. Trying to see more Mayan sites, Ive done 3 so far. Chitzen Itza, Talum and Ek Balam.

I prefer sea and port days, I really like just 3 ports on a 7 day, too many ports days is too exhausting in my opinion. My friend did Europe last year on a 7 day RCL cruise, she said it was exhausting the whole ship went to bed early due to early shore excursions. I really want to to do the Southern ports in the future but I would have to compare with other lines besides Carnival. I like a crusie that has port days broken up by restful sea days, gives me more time to enjoy the ship.

We are already booked on the Destiny doing a five night cruise going out of Miami on 1/25/2010. This is the same cruise we just completed and we enjoyed it so much we booked it again. This cruise stops at Grand Turk, Halfmoon Cay and Nassau, three stops on a five night cruise. We like the beaches and our cruise rate for 2010 was lower then we paid for the one we just completed. We like the balcony cabins and we like the ship!

We are on the Triumph out of Charleston, SC May 25th... it goes to GBI and Nassau.

The best part of this cruise is that my wife won it on our last cruise... yes someone who actually won the BINGO cruise!

16 days away from picking up the Carnival Splendor in Santiago, Chile doing it's repositioning cruise from Florida to the west coast. 18 days of R&R! We'll end up getting off the ship in San Francisco, CA. Just a short ride back to our home.

Leaving out of Miami on May 30 on the Carnival Liberty. Doing the Western Caribbean route. This is a special cruise for me, I finally have my children with me. My daughter went on the Sovereign of the Seas when she was 3, now 19. She doesn't really remember it, so along with her brother, 14, it will be their first cruise. They picked the ship and route, letting them have some hands on in the planning. And yes, they got the balcony they wanted too, an 8E on the Panorama Deck. Never was that high before. Still looking over excursions, naturally they want to do it all. Can't wait to spend a fun week with them. Flying in a day early also to spend some time in Miami.

Sea days I like the most, I could sail 7 days to no where. Port days are good to me also in the sense that if I choose to stay onboard, the ship is not so crowded and you can enjoy the pools and such a little more.

We are booked on the Splendor for 4/5/09 from Long Beach to the Mexican Riviera.. I've actually been on that cruise before, but I went on the Pride last time, so I thought I'd try out the new ship!

I'm 61 days out from sailing on the Freedom to Key West, Grand Cayman, and Ocho Rios!!!!

I'm also booked on the Splendor for Sept 13-20 to celebrate 40 in style!

I've also got the Glory booked for Jan 17, 2010 to take me back (FINALLY!) to HMC, St. T, SJ, and Grand Turk. I missed that route thanks to hurricane Ike.

I'd live to do another in April 2010, and Sept 2010, but looks like it'll probably be Sept 2010--dunno which ship/destination yet..

We are sailing on the Island Princess in August, Carnival Spirit in October, and the Caribbean Princess May 2010. It is good to see that people are still cruising! This will be our 1st Carnival Cruise. I am looking forward to trying this Line.

Its a hassle to fill out refund forms for OBC if your pricing goes down after booking. I cant imagine the ship would sell out 8 months in advance anyway. I know its easy to get caught up in the moment but slow down. Just my way of thinking for what its worth.
Some of us like to have a cruise booked.

If the price goes down, our TA makes sure we get the lower price.

There has been a few times when the price went up, but we were locked in on the lower rate.

TM
Well....I have Me, DH, and 3 kids to pay for so that is why I book so early in order to make monthly payments. The only way I can afford to take everybody. And just as mentioned above, the price usually goes down and my Carnival VP always adjust our price especially if the balance is not paid off.
