Is it grelations@carnival.com ?

I have the e-mail addresses for both the Director of Guest Relations and her Admin. Asst.

I have had to e-mail them on two occasions since I returned from our cruise at Christmas.

One response was via e-mail and took a day and the other was via e-mail and mail and the response was about a day for e-mail and 3 days via mail. Kudos to the Admin. Asst. -- she was the one that responded to both.

I'm not sure if we're supposed to post names or e-mails on this message board, but if I can (with permission from one of the moderators), I will post.

If you P.M. me I will give you the e-mail addresses with no hesitation.
