Yeah this is gross. No thanks. Bubba the Love Sponge was talking about it on the radio the other day. I live near Tampa and I will say, it is a risque town. Sleazy if you will. Strip clubs are everywhere and I love it LoL.

The strip clubs in Vegas are more strict at how much skin can be shown than Tampa is. In Tampa, if you want boobs and vag, you get it.

And a lot of these NUDIST or SWINGERS cruises are all people that YOU DON'T want to see nude. Barf...old man wang...no thanks.

The dining rooms they are required to be clothed in according to what the article said. The lounges however are a free for all.

If you believe in the old myths. Real cities but I don't believe in the myths about them for one moment. However, I personally don't mind those with alternative lifestyles. More interesting to me than the stuffed shirt conservatives, but to each their own.

Watching the video about this, they said this was the first cruise of this type, but, due to the economy, it may not be the last.

The only silver lining I can see is, that, since the entire ship is given over to this group, no one can accidentally book it, and, be surprised.

When any really *large* group, books a cruise, it can tend to skew the cruise, and as we have seen, by posts over the years, it can effect the availability of some areas being used by "the group" for private parties or conferences or whatever. Best to google, the ship and date, so there will be no surprises.

At the same time it can boost economic benefits for the area with the fact that travel agencies would benefit from an occasional full ship charter, not only the one who booked it(I would love to get that commission.), but competitors would strive to make up the ground they lost to the booking agency, which in turn benefits passengers with better deals.

There are a lot of small-minded people on this forum when it comes to alternative lifestyles, judging by these posts.

I would imagine that if there was a NRA sponsored cruise, no one would raise an eyebrow. But at least the pirates wouldn't attack a ship loaded with gun-toting passengers....

I read somewhere that the USA produces more pornography and "consumes" more pornography that any other country in the world.

Btw, to the poster who mentioned it, the NRA would never be allowed to have a cruise due to the fact firearms are dangerous aboard ships due to the fact of the enclosed space and highly flammable environment.

Thoth, you are taking it out of context. I was referring to differing lifestyles. By conservatives I was referring to those types that are overly prudish. That is all. Nothing political in that.

Well....unless the "swingers" are licking everything with their tongues, or bleeding or ejaculating all over the chairs, I don't see much difference between them and any regular "cruisers".

If you're concerned about genital-to-surface contact, the herpes virus, or the AIDS virus can live virtually only seconds outside the body on any surface. As for any concerns for fecal matter or urine, both of those substances are bacteria and virus free. Ejaculate can contain the AIDS virus. At least according to the latest literature I'm aware of.

Saliva, blood, and mucous contain the most communicable pathogens.
