Anyone have the updates for the piano bar entertainment?
Also what Carnival ship seems to have the best piano bars?

Thanks for your help

what exactly is a piano bar? I mean - what kind of music do they play?

I always think of the bar that George Jefferson use to go to in The Jeffersons tv show - when I think of a piano bar...

The lady here that keeps up with that is divertrash (I think thats correct name). She is recovering from an accident at the moment. Just use the search feature here for the username divertrash or search Piano Bar in the subjectl She had a great thread on all the gigs fleetwide.

Its not about which ship has the better piano bar.. it's which player is there that makes the difference. Not all piano men are created equal!

Generally the newer ships have the better piano players (ron pass, brad alexander).. They take requests, sing their own songs, you drink, you tip and everyone has a good time.

I also understand that some of the "older" ships (same class as the imagination.. I forget which is which) have a bad layout for the piano bar. Its out of the way, so you don't get a lot of walk ins.

Have fun!

Piano bars in my experience are generally the starting point for lung cancer. Its hard to breathe in those tiny rooms with a bunch of smokers sitting in a circle blowing rings at you.

I was on the Freedom last month and Vince was the best piano bar guy I have ever sailed with. Piano bar was packed every night.
