Tux Rentals

How well do the tuxes fit and look that are available for rent from Carnival?

They are available but to be honest, only a handful of people really wear them at the formal night. The cost is usually 60 - 90.00 depending if you need shoes. Honestly, it really isn't worth the money if you just have a nice suit, that will do as 80 percent of the men wil wear a suit / sport coat and tie on formal night, 10 percent will wear a tux and the other 10 percent still come in casual clothes.

On one of our cruises, a piece of our luggage was lost that contained our formal wear, they provided my husband and dear dad with tuxes, they looked awesome and the quote from both "for a monkey suit, they are pretty comfortable". Both guys looked smashing and it provided us with some fantastic pictures. The fit seemed good for both of my guys, they have such a huge variety of sizes on board.

I rented one on my last cruise to avoid the extra baggage on the airline. The fit was excellent and it looked great. I would do it again in a heartbeat.WE had 2 shirts shoes and a cumber bun plus the tux for all 7 days for $99.00. I don't care about how the majority is dressing , I like to see men in a tux on " Cruise Elegant " nights.

I am not the type to wear suits to formal events because to me that is casual wear. I am considering renting because I want a tux, but do not know if I can afford to buy a new one right now(my other one won't fit by then). I am the type of person who truly shines in the limelight, so I need to be the center of attention normally, but I do so in a subtle and respectful way.
