Traveling soon, need information on Circle C club. Last time we cruised, my child would go to the "meeting spot" for the club (Fantasy) and there was never a councelor or Carnival adult there, he made several attempts. Has anyone had this happen, if it happens again where should I direct the issue/complaint to while on board. There will be times that I feel they should be with children their age in an organized activity so that we can relax on the serenity area. I am not that crazy about them having "free roam of the ship" and they were miserable last trip with no events organized/supervised.
I would go to the Purser's Desk the first tome that happened and ask what the situation was. Usually, they will find a solution to whatever the problem is. That's their job and most of them do it very well.
alot of times there are activities planned for all hours of the day. the best thing to do is go the first night to the meet and greet. as soon as you board the ship go do whatever and before you set sail go to circle c and get a caper for them that way you will know when and where the activities are taking place. my sister is 14 and when we sailed last year she loved it! next cruise she will finally be in club o2 and she cannot wait =) good luck to you and i hope yall have a blast!
