Default luggage storage in room

Does anyone know if the beds lift for storage of luggage underneath? Sailing on Carnival Fantasy in couple weeks. DIsney's beds lifted and all of our luggage was kept completely out of the way. Awesome!

The beds stand on four legs (no solid sides or footboard) and all your luggage should fit under them.

I was pretty sure there are drawers under the couch that pull out for the luggage. I discovered this the night before my cruise ended

We put our luggage under the bed and have no problems. If you have smaller bags they will fit under the couch. If you have tons of bags put the smaller bags in the bigger ones. That way you don't run out of space under the bed. We had some travel companions that were keeping their carry-on bags in the corner of their room. I asked why and they told me they had run out of room under the bed. That is when I told them to put their carry-on bags inside of their now empty checked bags. They started laughing and saying how when you go on vacation you sometimes leave your brain at home too ... haha. I laughed b/c so many people on this board say that people seem to leave their brain at the cruise terminal before boarding

Now that I think about it, I believe there are 6 legs but still plenty of room for your luggage, etc.

We just came from the Inspiration and we had three to our cabin. We put all three oversized bags right under the bed along with our carry on bags. I did notice on this ship there was an under the bed light and I had to keep turning it off in fear it might start a fire with the cloth luggage bag top so near to the light.

Well ...... DUH!
I didn't even realize there was storage room under the bed, I've been jamming my luggage in the closets.
Learn something new every day, that's what my momma told me a long time ago. So today I learned ... look under the bed.

I seem to remember that over the closet worked pretty well, too!

yes, there is also room in the closet for your carry-on or smaller suitcases. just put them again one side, and you have room for the formal night and other stuff you will want to hang up.

also, if you have a cabin with an extra flip-down bunk bed, you can put any luggage up there that doesn't fit elsewhere.
