Coffee card?

While browsing pictures of Carnival Cruises from people's vacation...I noticed a sign on the wall for a coffee card. I assume it is similar to soda card or drink of the day card. Is this a new thing on Carnival?

Also, I'm assuming this is specialty coffee, not the regular free coffee available all day in Lido Deck.

You are right. It must be the speciality coffee, because coffee is free on the ships.

We went to purchase a card and the person at the coffee bar actually talked us out of it. The reason was that we would eb paying almost the same price if we purchased each cup separately. We left another ship with about a third of the card unused thus we paid more than the individual cup price.

The coffee card is similar to the Fun Ship Card. I suppose it depends on what type of coffee you order. Both are supposed to be at a 20% discount. I know the Fun Ship card was worth it.

Of course, if you aren't going to use it, it won't save you any money.
