Showers on the Fascination
Are there the hand-held type showers on the Fascination? We will be taking our granddaugher (4 years old) on the Fascination in March '10 and she does not like showers at all unless she can hold the shower head and spray herself off. We will be in a outside cabin on the main deck, if that makes a difference in what type showers are available. Thanks.

Yes, they are a combo adjustable height fixed unit with removeable handheld shower head. Very nice units!

Thanks for the info.... It may seem like a minor item but the granddaughter was not taking the news very well (that there was not a bathtub on the "Big Boat" for her to play in) and then being told that she had to learn to take showers. At least she said would be OK if she could hold the shower and spray herself like she does at her great-grandmothers.

Children tend to wet the floor when taking baths, and it's no different when taking showers. The showers on the ship have shower curtains that tend to move and stick to your body. As hard as I tried trying to not wet the floor, it always ended getting pretty wet. If your granddaughter is showering herself, just let her know that she needs to try to keep the water from spraying outside, unless you don't mind a couple of drenched floor mats.
