Will anytime dining be available on Valor?

Sailing on the Valor in April next year. Anytime dining was not an option when booking so I was wondering if anyone knows if there are future plans to have this as an option? Why is it available on some Carnival ships and not others? Also, the last cruise we went on, there were 4 dining times (2 early & 2 late, staggered for each dining room) - now there are only two options - has this changed as well??

Seems odd to me. There are two dining rooms aboard Valor, and they've always offered "early" and "late" seating in both dining rooms. Some ships offer anytime dining, and others don't. I really don't know who makes the decision, or why. Anyway, I know you'll enjoy your "Valor" cruise. She's a GREAT ship.

All Carnival ships have gone to 2 dining times, 6:00 and 8:15. I am not sure if Anytime Dining is an option on the Valor yet. I will be sailing her in November and will let you know when I get back, if someone hasn't already answered your question.

Valor won't be getting anytime dining until late next year. Carnival is slowely moving it to all ships.

I had hoped it would be this year as we sail in 2 weeks on the Valor.

Ok. Thanks for your replies. I was hoping it might be available. I always struggle with choosing a dining time (have done both early & late) and there are compromises to make with each setting. Not a big deal . Looking forward to cruising in April!

I hope Valor moves to anytime dining- we are cruising her in Feb 2010 and 6pm is just to early as it doesnt leave enough time to enjoy teh day and get ready for dinner (feels rushed) 8:15 is too late for our family (2 kids 10 & 7) as the kids enjoy Camp Carnival while my wife and i enjoy the shows etc.
