Default Just my humble opinion

I have sailed on the Triumph and Legend (actually the Legend x 2 and the Miracle x 1).

I REALLY love the Spirit class ships. If I wasn't escorting a group this year on the Valor, I would be sailing the Legend again, especially now that Anytime Dining os offered on the Legend. You will not miss any activities from the Conquest class of ships, they still have everything (except the Fish n' Chips restaurant).

At this point in time, the ship is the destination for me, not the ports.

My sentiments EXACTLY! I too love the Spirit class ships, but frankly, do enjoy the Conquest class ships as well. We've done all of the Spirit class ships a number of times each,,,,,except,,,,,Spirit.

Sky, I have done Spirit and she is hands down my favorite ship. I love the decor on Spirit. Spirit as on all Spirit class ships is so easy to navigate. I did love the fish and chips restaurant on the Conquest class ships but I can live with out it. I am now looking at Legend for February 28th. It's my birthday and I am buying myself a gift. .

Different strokes, different folks. We have enjoyed a couple of cruises on Spirit class ships. But we also enjoyed cruising on tiny 17,000 ton ships years back. Also enjoyed Holiday and Fantasy classes when they did longer cruises. Also have enjoyed Voyager, Explorer, and Navigator and Freedom of the Seas. And PCL and HCL and Cunard, etc. of many sizes.
Would still take a Fantasy class ship if it did longer cruises [less than a week is a tease]
So for us, its the cruise first, ports second, ship last, in fact the ship might get picked because it is going where we feel, like going when we want to do it.

You and I are both right.!

But they do. Both the Fantasy and the Elation will do at last some 7 night cruises from Mobile and Charleston. I'm booked on one for next July out of Mobile.

I agree Laura. You work hard, and you deserve a cruizin' vacation. I've already got a cruise booked for Jan 30th or I might join you on "Legend", because as you know, that's one of my favorite ships as well. Anyway, have a GREAT birthday cruise.

50 cruises, we're pretty much done with the E&W Caribbean and way overdone with the Bahamas. Repos and TA's are pretty much what we look at now.
