Default What's your favorite class of ship and why

Having only been on the spirit class (1 Pride, 1 Legend, 2 Miracle) I'm curious to hear opinions.

Well, I love the Spirit Class ships, simply because they offer almost everything I want to do, and they are so easily navigated. (No up and over to get to there, from here) Conquest class would be my favorite, except for the "up and over" thing. We seem to always get assigned the aft dining room, and when you come out of the dining room, you MUST go up, or down to get to the rest of the ship. This causes a big bottleneck at the elevators outside the dining room. Other than that, I LOVE the Conquest Class ships as well.

I like the conquest class the best. Larger with more amenities. The up and over doesn't bother me as I try to use the stairs as much as possible to help negate the rise in caloric intake. I can see where a person with disabilities would have problems with the wait for an elevator, but for me , at this time, CONQUEST ALL THE WAY

Default Favorite class of ship..

HI;

Kelli and I like the Destiny but as a general rule we like the Fantasy Class of ships. They are smaller but they seem less crowded? That is just us and any cruise ship is fine w/us....

I have to agree with Sky. I love the Spirit class for that reason. I just wish they would add the "Fish And Chips" to Spirit Class.

Having been on two Fantasy class ships and one Conquest, I would definitely take the Conquest class any day. I loved how big it was and all the amenities it offered (though I did like the Serenity area on the Elation ). I haven't tried any of the Spirit class ships yet but would like to someday

Looking forward to trying a Spirit class after reading the comments.

I've only been on 3 classes: Holiday, Fantasy, Conquest.

I have been on Fantasy, Conquest & Spirit class & the winner is....Conquest!!!
The up & over does not bother us at all. We always take the stairs. More places to walk. On the Spirit class (Pride) I always felt a little claustrophobic. The best part of that ship was David's.
Fantasy class is small & old but still OK. Great for the short little cruises. I have been on Glory & Liberty. Will be on Liberty for New Years Eve this year. My favourite class & favourite ship.

We prefer the Spirit class, with the Legend at the top of the list. I have some problems with walking a lot, so the bigger ships don't leave me any "legs" to use in ports. And, I find the layout easy to navigate, maybe because I have been on them a lot, but always have loved these ships.
