I just read the *edited for content* reviews. There were six reviews with 2 bad reviews and 4 outstanding reviews. I always find it amusing that people on the same ship, experiencing the same service in the dining room, the same food, the same, the same, the same, etc. have such different views of the vessel. I know that folks have dirrerent expectations and what is important to some will not be important to someone else. I would expect Carnival to be working out the kinks of a new ship. I would like to see what the cruisers have to say in about 2-3 months of Caribbean cruising. Not trying to defend Carnival in anyway. Just my humble opinion.
I' ve been spending quite a lot of time on *edited for content* latley and on Carnivalconnections to learn as much as i can (call me an anal-retentive) and one thing I notice is MR/MS Annonymous makes more of the bad reviews then anyone else that will sign thier names.

FORD RACING RON: It is so easy to hide behind MR/MS Annonymous. If the post doesn't have a signature other than Annonymous I don't put a lot of faith in it. And especially if it is a bashing/flaming post. Notice that the first few letters of Annonymous spell annoy. That should tell us something
I sailed "Pride" on one of the very first cruises, and we had several "glitches" such as lack of air conditioning, lack-luster service, and food that wasn't up to par. I didn't flame the ship, or Carnival, and later that ship turned out to be one of my favorites. Let's face it, with a new ship,,,,,Poo-Poo Happens!
My wife and I have been checking the pictures that zeph?????? what ever his name is. He has many pictures of the Dream. The one thing that we have noticed , nothing looks like it's a new ship. All the rooms are the same color, decor is same junk thats on all Carnival ships.
This is a brand new BIG mega ship. Lets do something different ! NOT.
But this new mega ship has the biggest water slide on any Carnival ship.
We have sailed all 12 cruises on Carnival so they are doing something right. They just do not change the decor.
