Just wanted to issue a bog "Thank you" to everyone

I'm leaving on my first cruise tomorrow and this site and many of you have been a great source of information for me.

We (myself, wife, son, daughter, mom, and step dad) will be on the Ecstasy out out Galveston on November 23. My wife has been on two cruises before, but not on Carnival, the rest of us are complete cruise rookies.

We have everything packed (probably over packed), all of our documents ready, and just need to drive from Fort Worth to Galveston in the morning to let the fun begin.

Again, thanks to all of you for your help.

If the cruise ship that is the focal point on the PortCam in Galveston is the Ecstacy, then I saw you leave today on the web cam! I knew when the dark smoke started pouring out the funnel you were getting underway!

Hope your first Carnival cruise will be everything you hope it will be and that your wonderful memories of it will last a lifetime!

Galveston is one of my favorite ports to sail from. I bet you'll have a fine time and meet lots of fun people!!!!

I bet you'll be addicted to cruising the minute you set sail!!!!!
