Thanks, good point, since we only want to do this excursion, I dont' want to take the chance that it will be booked up before we board - so I'll book it within the next week or two.

Everytime I have pre-booked an Excursion on the Carnival Website my credit card was charged immediately, as a matter of fact I just did it last Friday. When I did it on Princess it was added to my Sail and Sign upon Check-in.
Yes, I recall that being the fact with my prior Carnival cruise. That's okay, we decided on the Playa Mia beach resort deluxe excursin which includes the transportation both ways and the buffet... so Ill book pay for then in a week or two as we aren't interested in any other ones and I want to make sure we get seats on the bus.
