Does Carnival Dream have mass on the ship? A friend of mine is going and I couldn't answer this. I have never seen a chapel of any kind on any ship..........

From what I understand, there's not any guarantee of a priest being on board, but sometimes there is one and he will say Mass. There's no way to know ahead of time as far as I know .

Cheryl, again, I'll say that your friend just won't know until they board. I'm not Catholic, but I'd suggest they check with their priest about what to do if Mass is not available. I'm pretty sure there's something they can do. If It's a "go or don't go" option, I'd have to suggest that they don't go .

As far as I know, there are no religious services held on any Carnival ship.
I attended a services on the Carnival Freedom. They had more then one type also. That was a 14 day cruise. I'm not sure if they have services for shorter cruises. Apostleship of the Sea supplies the cruise lines with Catholic priests. Not sure about the other religions. Here is the apostleship at sea website. Apostleship of the Sea

According to the Catholic virginian the apostle ship of the sea will no longer supply clergy for the CELEBRITY cruise liner due to some people passing themself off as clergy and the finding out tey wer enot in "GOODSTANDING" I have been on 3 cruises wher there was a priest on baord and said mass boB
