Is there a Captains dinner on the Fantasy ship?

There is a Chef's Dinner being tried on Ecstasy and Splendor, at least I think that's what it's called. Do you mean like this dinner, that is in the library on Ecstasy and includes all the wine you want and 7 courses?

I assumre there is a Captain's table on all ship's but not sure how you could get invited.
