Your time dining

On my Liberty cruise last week I tried the 'Your Time Dining' option for the first time. DW and I really liked it. We were assigned to the Golden Olympian Restaurant. The first night we arrived @ 6:45 and were seated in 2 minutes. After the first night we only had to wait less than 30 seconds for a table. It took about an hour/30 minutes to eat dinner. On the third night we were seated in the section that Team Head Waiter: Suardika was assigned. He was the best and his team Worachart and Jaroslav were an efficient team. From then on we asked for table 172 or 173 or 174. These were tables for two in Suardika's area. The hostess immediately understood that we wanted a certain waiter (she was not surprised that we requested Suardika) and we had no problem being seated in that area. We arrived to the MDR every night @ 6:45. By the time we left the line to get a table was backed up. Arrive early or there will be a wait. Every night it took us 1 hour and 15 to 30 minutes to eat.

Hello Board,
My family and me are sailing Liberty in December, i'd just like to hear what condition she's in now, I heard she was in dry dock 2 years ago, just have'nt had a confirmation on that

The ship appears to be in great condition. I found it to be very clean and in good repair. I can't help you on the dry-dock issue.

Forgive me for asking but if you are going to dine at the same time at the same table what is the point of anytime/freedom dining? Glad it worked for you though.

Because 6pm is too early and the late seating is too late. I do not wish to upset the other dinners at my table by arriving late.
