Default Soda Cards

We are getting ready for out August cruise and I was wondering how much the soda cards are now. I need to know both the adult and kid prices for a 7-day cruise.

Thanks, guys!

I believe they are around $7/day and they are the same for kids and adults.

Take care,
Mike

Tree Hugger,

Thanks for posting this. I was unaware that they charge less for kids.

Take care,
Mike

Out of curiosity, what does carnival charge for a single soda? Just trying to figure out how many sodas I would have to drink a day to make the soda card worth the expense.

Okay this doesn't seem right. It's $6.50 per day, plus tax, and 15% grauity(SP). My card for an adult for 7 days was just over $52. It is less for kids. But I didn't have any so I don't know the cost. I hope that helps the previous post doesn't seem to include all the costs. I looked over that bill carefully. Because I expected it to be $45.50 ($6.5 times 7 days) then I noticed the tax and tips.

We had an erroenous soda charge on our bill for $2.24. They later removed the charge at our request. Watch you sail and sign account closely. I don't think this charge was done on purpose. My guess is the person transposed the stateroom number by accident. But people are human and accidents happen.

If you go to carnivals web site the prices are listed for soda cards,
and everything you might want to buy before leaving for your cruise.
www.carnival.com

you can order stuff right on the site or there is a 800 number you can
call to order them to be sent to the room or sent to you at home.

I order several things to be in my room when I get on the ship.
Like drink coupons.
You do save alittle by buying the coupons.

hope that helps you out...

Where do you go to buy drink coupons? I looked on the Carnival website but couldn't find it. Thanks for the help.

I believe that if you wait until the ship is in International waters (three nautical miles off shore) then there is no tax on the soda card.
