Roll away beds....??

Hey all -

we have booked an interior cabin for 3 of us.... and our room is going to be provided with a roll away.

How does this work?

Has anyone been in a room with this rollaway? Do they leave it in your room all day --- how do I know I will get MY bed back if they roll it out? Does it take up all of the floor room.... what little there is?

Thanks!

We had an outside on the Ecstasy with one fold down and one trundle/rollaway bed in addition to the king bed.

They stowed the two "extra" beds sometime mid-morning and folded them down while we were at dinner. This didn't leave us much floor space when the beds were set up, but it was tolerable when they were stowed, the trundle/rollaway bed was not kept in the room when the beds were not set up

What generally happens with a roll away is they will bring it in right before they come to do turn down for the night.(while ur at dinner) and then in the morning they will remove it to maximize the space you have. Then rinse and repeat the next night. lol

Now if for some reason everybody wants to take a nap or you just want the RAB there, you can call the room steward ext from the room phone and you will get it delivered.

Now I have read other places, Never had it happen for myself, but ive heard sometimes they squeeze it under the king bed for storage. Now to me thats a tight space but thats been in some reviews over the years.

Hope that helps a tad. Bon Voyage!!
