We leave on our cruise this Sunday and we currently have an 8:15 dining time. How do I go about changing our dining time to the "my time dining" once I get on the ship? When is the best time to do this..as soon as I board?
Go see the maître d' as soon as you board. They are usually available make changes from about 12 until 2 or so.
Keep in mind it is space available but they will accommodate you if possible.
Ask as soon as you board. Sometimes they have a special time/place for all changes. In all my cruises,I have not had any issues changing, but, be prepared, to do alternative dining, if you can't live with the late seating.
Some people have quietly tippped the maitre'd to get the change..just a thought. good luck!

Yep, the above information is correct. At first opportunity after you board, go to the purser, or check the "FunTimes" and find out where the Maitre 'd will be accepting request for changes in dining arrangements. I don't know what ship you're sailing, or perhaps I could help with that information. Usually, he/she is available from about 1 P.M. or so. Head over to speak to him and I'll bet he can accommodate you're request.
